Help Settling In
Every property we manage has a tenant welcome pack, detailing all of the important services and facilities at the property. The welcome pack will also cover the local area, such as local transport services, shopping and entertainment services. We will give you a call within 48 hours of you moving in to check that everything is ok and to answer any questions
Quick Response to Problems
We aim to resolve any issues and problems in your home as quickly as possible, with emergency issues being dealt with in 24 hours. Where issues take longer to be resolved we will keep you informed on progress

Maintaining the high standard of our properties is essential for us, we will make sure that ongoing maintenance takes place
Safe Places to Live
Your safety and security in the property is paramount. All of our properties are fully up to date with the relevant safety certificates. The master key system we use protects against unauthorised copying of keys, further adding to house security
Clarity on Bills
We will be completely transparent and up-front about any bills that you are expected to pay when you live in our properties, but we cover gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license in the living room and internet
Good Places to Live
We aim to make our properties good places to live for you. We will ask you to suggest new house mates to make sure that they fit in well
